Coan Phillipi Week 3 Day 2




I feel like my arms are going to fall off.  My shoulders are stupid tired, and have been all week.  It's my own damn fault for adding so much shoulder work in addition to the CP program.  Plus, after years of only lifting twice a week I jumped to four times a week.

Typing is exhausting right now so I'm just going to post this shit and let you bask in my awesome.

  1. Hey, you put me to shame! I'm like, "10 deadlifts @ 70 lb, 10 back squats @ 70 lb.....Seems good enough." I really need to work on that....
