Everything went well this week. I'm teetering on the edge of burnout so I've been trying to mix things up. Drove north to do my long run out where they filmed M.A.S.H. Knocked out my sprints on the treadmill because I didn't have time before football.
This week was the longest week when it comes to mileage. This coming week will be better. Still going to try to mix things up to keep myself from...whatever I do when I get the burnout bug up my butt. I have a race in, what, four weeks? So I probably need to stick with training.
