Monday: Weightlifting + hill sprints
Tuesday: Rest, glorious rest
Weekly Total: 20.5M
My week came up short because I decided to run a race on Sunday.
Three more weeks before my "real" race. I feel pretty good about the progress I've made, but I don't think I'll ever stop wishing I were faster. I don't think I'll ever be "fast enough." What arbitrary goal do I pick that will whatever enough, then? At what point will I no longer feel the need to make excuses for my times?
I took this while stretching after my tempo. It looks super weird and distorted. I am a walking funhouse mirror.
