Yesterday I lifted the shit out of some deads. It was awesome. My form is great. I need to work on stretching. Still stuck on 170lb, but with solid form, so it's cool.
I also broke a jump rope. Recording that for posterity. Some day I will tell my grandchildren. Sometimes I will write a chapter in my memoirs about the day I broke a shitty plastic jump rope.
Until then, this blog post will have to do.
