Timed v02 max trial:
minute 1: 10 snatches right arm
minute 2: 14 snatches left arm
minute 3: 18 snatches right arm
minute 4: 22 snatches left arm
minute 5: as many snatches as possible right arm
I was 18 snatches in to minute 5, with 20 seconds to go, when the bell flew out of my hand, bounced off of (and dented) the box jump box, and crashed to the floor. FUCK.
FUCK FUCK FUCK. So pissed. So close. FUCK.
